How to apply for a pharmacy business licence

To apply for a pharmacy business licence, please follow these steps.

  1. Download Form 1A – Application for a pharmacy business licence - Natural person and/or corporation and relevant annexures.  
  2. If the applicant is a friendly society or the Mater Misericordiae Ltd, download Form 1B - Application for a pharmacy business licence - Friendly society or Mater Misericordiae Ltd and relevant annexures.
  3. Review the guidance material available on this website for information on how to complete the forms.
  4. Prepare application by completing relevant forms, annexures and gathering supporting documents.
  5. Register to securely upload the application via Kiteworks.

  1. Use the Kiteworks link received by email to upload application securely.
  2. Pay the application fee advised by the Council via BPOINT and keep a copy of the receipt.
  3. Respond to requests from the Council and await decision.
