Natalie Wakefield is an experienced public sector executive with over 20 years’ experience in regulatory strategy, policy, compliance, and licensing across state jurisdictions. Over the past four years, she has held senior executive roles in Queensland and Victoria, leading complex regulatory and licensing schemes, including the implementation of two newly established labour hire licensing authorities. Her career includes extensive work in public administration, compliance programs, stakeholder engagement, legislative development, and organisational leadership within regulatory environments.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. She also holds a mediation qualification and has completed national accreditation in that field.
